Trustees play a vital role, volunteering their time and working together to make important decisions about the charity’s work.

Tŷ Hafan is seeking to appoint a number of additional volunteer trustees to join its board. Collectively, trustees are responsible for the overall governance and strategic direction of the Charity.

We are particularly keen to hear from candidates with senior level experience in fundraising, HR, property or property management and political awareness.

In addition, we are seeking individuals who ideally have board level experience and the ability to analyse and interpret information and provide relevant scrutiny at board and committee level. Sound communication skills and the ability to challenge respectfully and listen well are also necessary.

2-3 days per month depending on committee membership Quarterly board meetings are held Wednesdays 10:00 am-1:00 pm in Sully
