Will you take on the taff? Join us and take on this unforgettable challenge to push yourself and teammates to cycle one of the longest and best cycle routes in Wales.

We would like to thank Burton’s Biscuit Company for supporting this years Super Hero Cycle Challenge. Burton’s Biscuit Company are manufacturer’s of some of the UK’s best loved biscuit brands. Whether it be the cheeky Jamie Dodger, the choc chip filled Maryland Cookie or the great big Wagon Wheel – they have a brand that will bring a smile to every face.
Also a massive thank you to Total Produce who have donated fruit to keep participants energised along the route and Lovemore who have provided fabulous free from lemon cake slices and chocolate brownies.
Recruit your team of four superheroes and be a part of the adventure for what promises to be a challenging and unforgettable experience. Choose from one of two amazing challenges, taking on either the 79km or 41km route. Whatever the distance you choose, your super powers can take you! Remember you will need a hybrid or mountain bike to take part in this challenge!
Despite having life -limited conditions, the children, young people and their families throughout Wales possess strength and courage akin to superheroes like Superman and Wonderwoman. To celebrate their unwavering determination, we are asking you to become a Tŷ Hafan superhero!
